We offer classes beginning at 7 years and older, with instruction tailored to your age and ability in a supportive, family-friendly environment.

What to expect...
Karate does involve punching and kicking, but it is not just about fighting. We learn principles that can help with many areas in life. Children and adults note improvements in health, concentration, self-image and more. It's also a great way to meet new friends and improve social skills. In each class, we train in basic techniques, practice fighting with a partner, and formal exercise known as "kata".Our style of karate is Shotokan - one of the most popular versions of Japanese karate practiced worldwide. Because we are affiliated with the Japan Karate Association, our students have access to world class seminars, camps, and special training.
We train on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at Canyon Del Oro Bible Church, 9200 N Oracle Road in Oro Valley, AZ.
